Satisfying my pouch



Yummy Yummy light dinner.


TUNA SALAD and Crackers or toast cut

 into cracker sized squares

I make my tuna salad a tad bit

 different.


















***Ings***


2 small cans lite albacore tuna in water ( with water drained)

2 Tbsp of light mayo or plain Greek yogurt ( I use either or) 
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 scrambled egg ( no butter or oil added)
1/2 small onion sauteed (chill in fridge with egg before adding)
1 tsp dill pickle cubes
1 tsp sweet relish
6 or so diced green pimiento stuffed Spanish olives 

***DIRECTIONS***

mix all INGS and chill for a couple 

hours. toast whole grain bread and cut

 to cracker size.

since I'm still unable to eat whole sandwich in one setting I choose to cut my toast into smaller pieces so not to waste food.
